SHIPPING POLICY Free 2-Day Shipping is included on US domestic orders via UPS, USPS or FedEx carrier. PO Box, APO/FPO US orders ship free standard shipping. Expedited and Saturday delivery options are available. See cart and billing page for estimated delivery dates and prices of all shipping options. We ship internationally commonly to countries including Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand and UK.
EVERY ORDER IS HAND-CRAFTED to specific details. Because of this, order processing times vary by product. The estimated delivery date will show on the product page and billing checkout page and order confirmation email. Note, this is an estimated date and may arrive before or after the date depending on the carrier.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? Orders received before 5 PM EST process the same business day. Orders received after 5pm EST will begin processing the following business day. For a ship to address that varies from the billing address on orders above $350, you are encouraged to call your card holder to add the receiving address as an authorized shipping address.
